FRom monday september 16 – for 2 months

From Monday September 16 2024, Boulevard 17 will be closed for two months due to major renovations. The renovation will take place in and around the restaurant.
There will be a completely new kitchen and a beautiful large glass conservatory/orangery.
We can’t wait to welcome you again in the renovated Boulevard 17 in mid-November.

Our suites, in the adjacent building, remain open.
During this period we offer a renovation discount of no less than 35% for the inconvenience. You will experience noise pollution during the day (not on Saturday and Sunday) and you may also have a reduced view.

The outside of the restaurant will be on large construction scaffolding, construction companies will drive up and down and work will take place between both buildings during the day.
The discount has already been applied when you make a reservation online via our website.
The rates you see online are therefore already the reduced rates.

Zandpaviljoen Pier 7 (downstairs on the beach) will remain open daily during this period.
The breakfast buffet takes place there, you can also find our reception there and you are very welcome at Pier 7 for a delicious lunch, drinks or dinner.

Boulevard SUITES packages

During the year we offer various packages to complete a stay in the Boulevard Suites. You can also compose your stay entirely according to your wishes on our booking website, for example by adding a bottle of wine or a dinner. If we can help you with anything, we would be more than happy to do so.

1 night:

• Arrangement – Last-minute Deal (3-course dinner and breakfast buffet)
• Arrangement – Honeymoon (Deluxe Ocean Suite with terrace)

2 nights:

• Arrangement – Romantisch Overnachten aan zee
  Period: All year round
• Arrangement – 3-daags uitwaaien aan zee
  Period: October 1 to mid-June
• Arrangement – De Zeeuwse winter
  Period: 1 October to 31 March
• Arrangement – Suite Summer
  Period: 1 June to 15 September

All packages can also be booked vegetarian or vegan

SUITES

Boulevard 17 serves a delicious breakfast buffet every morning between 08:30 and 10:00 hrs , so that you can start your day full of energy. When entering the breakfast room you will be immediately welcomed by the scent of fresh sandwiches and coffee!

We offer a variety of various breads and croissants.

We serve yoghurt, granola and fresh fruit as well as luxury spreads such as Dutch cheeses, various meats, sweet spreads, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon and salmon in buffet form. You also can grab your own, coffee, cappuccino, tea and juices.

• Normal Rate: € 18,50 per person
• Rate kids 4 to 12 years: € 12,50 per person
• Children up to and including 3 years old: Free

• Maximum of 1 extra child per suite (baby cot or folding bed)

House Rules
The suites are located in the Sardijntoren, a (senior) residential tower.
Smoking: The suites are 100% non-smoking, including the terraces and balconies!    Sound: After 22:00 hrs we kindly ask you to be quiet, sound is being amplified along the façade.
Wind: It is forbidden to open the window at a wind force of 5 or higher.

Check-in time: 15:00 hrs
Check-out time: 11:00 hrs

Parking:
You can purchase a parking permit from us in advance for € 9.50 per car per night. Book in advance! Therefore we need your license plate number on forehand so that we can register your car at our municipality of Vlissingen.
Parking with a parking permit is possible in the Kenau Hasselaarstraat
and the P-Cinema/P-Boulevard parking lot at the end of this street.
The easiest way is to enter this street in your navigation system so that you
can park immediately upon arrival. You can walk then to the Reception Boulevard 17 to check in for your stay.
For electric cars: there are charging possibilities on the P-cinema/P-Boulevard parking lot.
Please note that the boulevard is closed to motorized traffic as of April 1. You may be fined.
